What it was like growing up in church since birth for me

.) What was it like for you growing up in church? Growing up in church, I was 2 months old, and I was blessed to have support from church family & friends.

.) What do you like the most about being in church? The 3 most important things that I enjoy about church are the fellowship with other believers, the good word being taught in church services, and the church events.

.) Describe your experience or experiences in church growing up. I grew up in a non denominational church (church welcomed people of all religions) fellowshipping with people of all races & different backgrounds. I made a lot of friends & there were friends that I made in church that were like family to me too. Church diversity was highly encouraged by the Pastor (the Pastor & his wife were Canadian) and 1 Thessalonians 5:11 was constantly practiced

.) How was the word of God being taught back then differ from how the word of God is being taught now? Salvation was highly recommended & was taught more back then and it was up to the person or people if he or she or they wanted to be a member or members of the church. Now being a member is highly recommended whether you are saved or not saved is being focused more in the church and salvation is not the focus as much.

.) How have churches been affected by the changes that are going on? Churches are becoming more compromising and a lot less uncompromising especially when teaching about what is sin in the Bible. For example, Pastors are not preaching out against homosexuality. The church is trying to be more like the world & less like Jesus Christ.

.) Do you see a division between members in the church? Yes.

.) Why do you think that there is such a division between church members in the church? Not everyone is on one accord. A lot of church members & attendees are jealous of one another and among them is strife & confusion going on in the church. Different false prophets are coming in the church with deception brainwashing the members & attendees that what is morally right is wrong & what is morally wrong is right.

.) What is the name of the first church that you attended at? The very first church that I attended & this was the same church I got saved at is The Full Gospel Interdenominational Church in Downtown Manchester in Manchester, CT.

.) You mentioned that you were in church since birth so you are familiar with the following events in church: Children's Church, Youth Group, Bible Study, Singles Events, and Married Couples Events. How will this ministry continue to impact the world today like it did back then? Through word of mouth, TV, radio, Internet, telephone, texting, letters, and even emails. If we want to win souls for Christ we have to spread the gospel and invite our friends to come to church both saved & unsaved.

.) What is the name of the church that you were a member of? Redeeming Love Christian Center (RLCC) from 1988-2001 in Nanuet, NY.

.) What is the name of the church you are currently attending at?Faith Community Church in Windsor, CT.

.) What is it like at the church you are attending at? Prayer is emphasized a lot & the word of God is being preached. Me & my mom have been coming almost a month at this church.

.) Are you enjoying the teaching at your church? Yes.

.) Give a good encouraging Bible Verse. 1 Thessalonians 3 sums up everything & I feel that the church will definitely benefit.
